With over 20 years of culinary experience, I have dedicated my life to the art of cooking. My journey began in the United States, where I honed my skills for 15 years, mastering the classic techniques of French cuisine and the essentials of Italian-American cooking.

In 2019, my wife and I made the big decision to move to Italy, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Over the past four years in Italy, I have had the privilege of working in several Michelin Guide-recognized restaurants.

This invaluable experience allowed me to delve deep into modern cooking techniques and gain a profound appreciation for Italian gastronomy, culture, tradition, and history.
